Bio: Victor is our main contact for the Mainland. Victor is a graduate of M.I.T in the US and has over 20 years of experience in international trade.

Mr.Chen owns and operates several manufacturing facilities in China. One factory produces sublimated printing for point-of-sale material and display graphics. This very technology was introduced to China by Mr. Chen and is quickly becoming the standard in the industry.

Victor's contact with the chinese government spans 30 years. Government contacts are critical, and solid relationships are the cornerstone for dealing with the bureaucratic system.
